The apartments are in the tallest point of the country,at 5 minutes of auto from the beaches of Chia and Santa Margherita (40 km of sand and dunes), and they are of typology 2+2, each with a different color (you can choose between Green,Orange and Red), composed by stay with read couch, angle cooking, bath, spacious room and two verandas. They are endowed with washer, oven, safe, television 32" lcd with terrestrial digitalis or receipt satellitare. 
To few meters from the houses you will find all the services: bank, posts, restaurants, market, internet point, hospital, church, handling. 
We organize every week excursions in boat with an expert captain, to visit the fascinating landscapes that surround the coast, not approchable by earth.

Summer 2012 continue the promotional prices of South Sardinia Holidays. In July and August the arrivals will be on Sundays or Saturday, with discount rates in relationship to the duration of the stay. For this season the price includes all the costs and the standard consumptions.

Where we are
Domus de Maria is situated to 49 South Km Ovest of Cagliari, in the
southern Sulcis, attainable from the National Road 195 "Sulcitana". The
country rises on the slopes of the Cùccuru Mountain to 66 m of
altitude. Its fraction is Chia, famous known tourist place and
